01 Can I purchase my own domain?
No problem! Once you’ve sorted your domain out, we can take things from there. But if you should need help, please feel free to ask.
02 How long does it take to build a website?
It takes approximately 6-10 weeks to build a website from start to finish, providing we have all the information. Our full web design process is broken down here. Generally speaking, the website will only take a long time if we need to wait for text and images from the client.
03 Why is building a website expensive?
The process we use to build your website takes a certain amount of time and a lot of planning and research. Unlike other agencies, we build your website from scratch, which means you get a unique design tailored around your business. Commisioning a website from us should not just simply be seen as a business expense. Your new website is ultimatley a sales tool that will earn you money.
04 What if I don’t like the new website?
We offer a risk-free guarantee. At Fierce Media are hightly confident in the quality of our work. If the client feels they are not 100% happy with their website design, we will retain the site & they dont need to pay. Before we build the new client website, we’ll design a mockup of the homepage. We’ll design a layout in Photoshop first, that way you’ll get to see our initial designs within approximately fourteen days. This is the clients first opportunity to give us feedback and if they don’t like it, they don’t need to move forward.
05 What will you need from me?
It really depends on what type of website you want. We’ll be able to discuss this at our inital meeting before we start working together. Depending on which package we agree on we could need.
  • Login details to your existing website
  • Content for the website e.g. text, PDFs etc
  • Images of your workplace
  • Images of you and your team.
  • Any Videos you would like adding to the website.
06 Who hosts the website?
If we build your website, we will generally manage the hosting for you so you don’t need to do anything. We use the same hosting company for our own website and for ALL our clients. Each website is managed individually to avoid any security issues. Every website we build has unlimited bandwidth, 20GB of disk space, 2GB Ram and 99.9% uptime. We’ve used the same company for 5 years and we don’t plan on changing this anytime soon.
07 Do you offer ongoing help with our new site once it's launched?
If you need our help with web support and maintenance, we’ll be here for you. If not, we will leave you to it. If you change your mind and need us after all, we’ll still be here for you.

09 Will my website work on smart phones and tablets as well?
It most certainly will! More people are accessing the web via small screens than ever, and the trend is likely to carry on. If your site doesn’t display or work properly on a mobile or tablet screen, you risk losing a big chunk of your potential audience. It means mobile responsive web design is essential these days. Every website we create is device responsive.

Yes we can help you manage your brand on all social media channels. We have serveral different packages available to suit a variety of budgets.
